I did much research before purchasing this product. I wanted a high dosage. I am in my mid-50's with mild hypertension and slightly elevated lipid panel. Both are inherited. I do what I can with diet and exercise and a low dose blood pressure prescription. My goal is to support a healthy lifestyle with supplements to combat these issues in addition to boosting immunity. After a few weeks of taking this product what I DO know is having just returned from vaykay I am not sick with any respiratory issues or feeling overly tired like I usually am. ( oxymoron for vacation I know ) So I enjoyed our getaway even more. I look forward to continued results. A side note to my review, this company has excellent communication and ensures you are satisfied with their products. I will definitely purchase this product fom them again in the future.
This stuff really works !!! As I'm getting older, I've found that my mind wasn't as sharp and clear as it was 10 years ago. I started taking Resveratrol and about a week later I found myself very focused, that does not even take into account all the unseen benefits of this supplement.
The product works for me! Don't know if it's placebo effect or what, but I definitely notice a difference in how I feel after taking Resveratrol. I have vitiligo and arthritis.... both autoimmune disorders, and have a fair amount of joint pain. That pain is noticeably diminished after taking Resveratrol. I also have chronic kidney disease, so I won't take pain medication (not good for kidneys). This Resveratrol has made a significant difference in eliminating my joint pain. Again... I don't know if it's placebo effect, and I haven't changed anything else as far as exercise, etc, is concerned. Recently started taking this product and i'm pain free and feeling better.
Was having issues controlling my blood pressure usually 140/85 did not want to start taking meds for BP since once you start you stay with them forever. Have taken two bottles and going on my third my BP reading have been ranging from 115/70 and have been able to feel a good decrease in tension and stress in my daily life. Of course also started esting less fat and salt and started light workouts. Can't say it will work for everyone like it did me but I am very pleased with the results.
